Swimming
Swimming is one of the healthiest sports. It strengthens the whole body, improves strength, puts less stress on joints, reduces weight, and is good for the lower back. So why not swim? Swimming is a very healthy sport. It is a great way to relax muscles and joints after an intense sport. Maybe you just finished a run, workout, or spinning. Swimming can relax you wonderfully. Swimming can be made into a regular sport. Swimming fully exercises all the muscles without straining the joints.
It improves lung capacity and even? even pregnant women can swim. An additional advantage of this sport is that it does not involve sweating. All you need for swimming is a swimsuit, a towel, and a bottle of water. It is good to stay hydrated during any exercise or sport. Swimming in a pool is great, but swimming in nature is also a nice refreshment during the hot summer months. If you want swimming to be your only sport, practice at least three times a week, with one of those practices taking at least an hour. For that hour, swim aggressively. Do your best. If you want to lose weight while swimming, be sure to incorporate a proper diet into your training. Most people in general are familiar with the three swimming styles: breaststroke, crawl, and breaststroke. However, there is also butterfly (dolphin), which is more difficult.
The breaststroke is probably the most common, slowest, but lightest. Be careful not to tilt your head too far back and try to lay it down in the water a little. To swim the breaststroke properly, the spine should be on one plane. Basically, your head is submerged in the water. When you breathe in, raise your head. When you exhale, you sink into the water. When you get up to speed, you should exhale. Exhaling is when you extend your arms forward (palms together) and pull your legs back. Inhale is when you let go of your hands and bring them closer to your body and your legs closer to your body. Legs should be open and bent. The crowl is the fastest way to swim. Here you should breathe sideways and keep your spine in a natural position. If you feel tired, lie down on the surface and don\’t worry about sinking. The water will support your body and gently rock your legs. You can watch various swimming techniques on YouTube to get an idea. After swimming, take a hot tub, sauna, or steam. Don\’t forget to replenish your energy with healthy snacks.
