How to make a fluffy cake shell
Cakes are a must for birthdays, holidays, and other celebrations. But I\’m sick of buying overpriced cakes at the cake store, many of them are rip-offs, and most of them look better than they taste. But don\’t have the courage to bake it yourself? Or have you ever tried and it didn\’t work out or didn\’t taste the way you liked it? Then follow this tutorial and you can make delicious fluffy cake batter yourself and wow everyone around you!

Step by Step
First, separate the yolks and egg whites. Place the egg whites in a bowl, add the top white sugar, and beat with a hand mixer until stiff. Stiff snow is indicated when the mixer beater is removed from the snow, leaving a straight cap that does not bend. Add 4 tablespoons oil and egg yolks to the beaten snow. Slowly mix in the flour mixture by hand. Mix carefully to avoid lumps. Do not mix too vigorously or the snow will settle. You may be surprised that there is no baking powder in the recipe, but it is actually not necessary. The beaten egg whites allow the dough to rise in the oven without baking powder. Adding baking powder would ruin the entire dough; bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
Garnish. The crust may crumble. The cooled cake can be decorated according to your imagination. There are many cream recipes on the Internet, but my personal favorite is custard with fruit pieces. Such a cake is light and perfect for any celebration. Decoration is up to you. You can play with the fruit pieces, top with gelatin or agar agar, or leave it plain.
