Aura – the thing that surrounds your light
If you can read auras you can learn a lot about yourself and your loved ones. Auras reveal not only an individual\’s personality, but also their mental and physical state. Joy, anger, sadness, hatred, and all other emotions settle over you.
This energy surrounds not only people, but animals and plants, in short, all living things. Its size, density, and color change with our moods, and no two people in the world have the same energy. So what does the aura tell us and how can we learn to read it?
Where do auras come from?
For all living organisms, apart from food and oxygen, the key source is radiation, whether from the sun, space, or earth. All energy is received by a living organism and distributed throughout its entire body. Then, once the energy has been distributed to all cells, it is radiated again. This radiation is actually an energy vibration field, or aura.
If someone has the ability to see another person\’s aura, it means that they can tune into their signals. You should be able to do the same. For some people that is easy, for others it is difficult.
So how do you learn to see auras?
– Sit in a room with a bright wall, out of sight of any energy source. Standing about 1 meter in front of the wall, extend your right hand and turn your palm so that your fingers point toward the ceiling. Spread your fingers slightly apart and look at the wall through your fingers. However, do not look directly at your fingers, but concentrate on the wall. After a few moments, you will see a clear, colorless, distinctly grayish fog around your fingers. At that point, shift your attention from wall to wall. The fog will likely disappear, so focus your attention on the wall again and repeat the experiment. As you become accustomed to the fog, it will no longer disappear. At that point, look at your fingertips. You will see a faint line of energy emanating from your fingertips. That is your aura.
– In the same way, you can learn to perceive the auras of other people and creatures.
Colors and their shades can help us understand a great deal of information, from an individual\’s personality traits to their attitude toward life, their stage of soul development, and their physical ailments.
