Although only a patent for a four-stroke three-wheeler was issued on January 29, 1886, the foundation stone for the automobile had been laid. Around the same time, another automotive pioneer, Gottlieb Daimler, founded the company. And the development of the industry began to take off. Until the economic crisis of 1926, when Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler merged. A few years later, the merger with the American Chrysler Corporation created Mercedes-Benz, the world\’s fifth largest car company; in 1889, the first car factory was established in France, where Panhar military vehicles are still manufactured; in 1893, compulsory registration of cars by license plates was introduced; in 1894, the first car factory was built in the United States; in 1895, the first car factory was established in Germany; in 1897, the first car factory was built in the United States; in 1898, the first car factory was built in the United States; in 1899, the first car factory was established in the United States.
In 1896, Armand Pukeo, heir to a steel family, established a car factory. The first gasoline-powered automobiles were manufactured there. It used a Daimler engine. This engine was also used in other automobiles. After the war ended, the company formed alliances with Renault and Volvo, and later with Citroën. Later also with Citroën. A few years later, these four companies merged to form PSA. And in Italy, the famous Fiat Automobile Company was founded in July 1899. Giovani Anelli, grandson of the founder, is still working there today. Anielli owns companies such as Ferrari, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, and Maserati. Fiat has offices all over the world. In Germany, Opel was the largest automaker of the 19th century until it was acquired by American General\’s Motors in 1929.
The first Czech car was the President passenger car, introduced to the public in 1897 at the car factory in Kopřivnice Many Tatra cars were produced until 1998. Škoda Auto in Mlada Boleslav is another traditional Czech car manufacturer, initially producing bicycles under the leadership of Václav Raulin and Václav Clement, who founded the company in 1895. Later, motorcycles became popular, and in 1905 the first automobile was born; since 1991, Skoda Auto has been owned by the German Volkswagen Group.
