Audi SQ8 TDI
At first glance, the SQ8 looks like a luxury SUV. It is 5006 mm long, 2190 mm wide, 1708 mm high, and has a wheelbase of 2996 mm. The rear is characterized by four exhaust tips, the outermost of which is always blind. The rear lights are connected by a narrow strip of lights.
Tires are standard 21″, but 22″ tires are also available.

It has a turbocharged forked eight-cylinder engine with two sequential exhaust turbochargers, complemented by a supporting electric supercharger anda mildhybrid system. Output is 320 kW from 1,250 rpm to 900 Nm/435 HP, and combined consumption is limited to 7.8 liters per 100 km. This version is equipped with an 8-speed silent automatic transmissionTiptronic, which is virtually inaudible when shifting gears.
The front and rear suspension is 5-link. The chassis is air suspension with adaptive dampers. An active rear differential and active stabilizer are available as options. Exhaust gas purification comes standard with an oxidation catalytic converter and a particulate filter. The fuel tank has a whopping 85-liter capacity.
Inside, both the front and rear seats have ample legroom. The trunk capacity is 605 liters. For an additional fee, one can purchase a sport version of the seats with integrated headrests, but these are not for everyone and may pose a safety hazard if the driver is taller. Other features of the seats include massage mode as well as ventilation.
Inside the car, double frameless windows with electric sun visors and an acoustic windscreen ensure silence. The somewhat secure feeling is not only due to the high seating position. The overall impression of the interior is unique because of the luxurious materials used in the Premium version. It is equipped with a large multimedia system panel that allows various settings for driving performance and ride height. In addition to the already standard navigation and parking camera, the system displays a 3D view that plots the surrounding terrain and wheel positions for the entire vehicle.
The driving characteristics are phenomenal. It sits perfectly on the road, does not suffer from understeer, and, as mentioned, is surprisingly quiet compared to the previous SQ7. Top speed is 250 km/h, and it goes from zero to 60 km/h in just 4.8 seconds. In conclusion, I can 100% recommend this SUV.
